When an authorized administrator connects a Facebook Page or professional Instagram account, we may process its account identifier, username, Page relationship, access permissions, media, captions, publication status, comments, and engagement insights. We use this information only to create, schedule, publish, monitor, and report on content for accounts that the administrator has explicitly authorized.
We do not sell Meta Platform data or use it to build advertising profiles. Access tokens are treated as confidential credentials and are stored in protected server-side systems. You can revoke access in Meta Business Settings or request deletion through our data deletion instructions.
When you subscribe to the DPC Blog, we collect your email address, consent timestamp, confirmation status, and subscription status. We send a confirmation link before activating delivery. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We retain purchase records for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Conversation history is kept to provide context for ongoing projects. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
