Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use InsForge (a Backend-as-a-Service platform) with PostgreSQL databases hosted in the United States. Row-level security policies restrict data access to authorized personnel only.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We retain purchase records for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Conversation history is kept to provide context for ongoing projects. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
