Data Deletion Instructions

Disconnect Meta Access

An administrator can stop future access at any time by removing the DesertPC app from Meta Business Settings or by revoking its permissions in Facebook or Instagram. This prevents new data from being retrieved but does not automatically erase records that must be retained for security, accounting, or legal purposes.

Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data:

1. Email desertpcservices@gmail.com with the subject Meta Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your name, contact email, and the Facebook Page or Instagram username connected to our service.
3. Describe whether you want a specific record deleted or all data associated with the connected account.
4. Complete any reasonable identity or administrator verification we request to prevent unauthorized deletion.

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge the request and, after verification, delete or irreversibly de-identify eligible account identifiers, access tokens, scheduled content, generated media, publication records, messages, and analytics within 30 days. We will send a confirmation when the request is complete.

We may retain limited records when required by law, to complete transactions, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or document compliance. Any retained data remains protected and is not used for unrelated purposes.
